A popular footwear brand in Beaverton Oregon is seeking a Talent Delivery Process Designer to join their Talent Acquisition Solution team. This individual will be working cross functionally within HR, specifically HR Systems, TA COE, TA directors and TA solutions. This individual will be assisting in creating global processes that help streamline the recruiting functions. They will be expected to lead analysis on interview and job application processes to achieve global alignment. This individual will provide solutions and identify what processes need to be put into place for future state. This individual needs to have previous experience with Workday Recruiting and strong knowledge or Talent Acquisition processes as a whole. This individual will be required to be onsite for heads down workshops/sessions that occur throughout the year.
Must Haves:
- 3 years of experience within Workday Recruiting
- Strong experience within process design and solutioning
- Experience facilitating process analysis and design conversations to different teams and stakeholders
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience as a recruiter
